I have a little extra time on my hands. I don't recall the specifics but the flight from Boise was really late. There was a 2 inch layer of fresh powder coating the entire Treasure Valley. The runway and aircraft was no different. There was an exception for the window in seat 6A it had a particularly thick layer of ridgid ice block my view of the white tarmack. That made no difference to me as I closed my windowshade and fell into a deep slumber. Most mornings I would wake up to a beverage service. This morning I awoke to the captain saying that de-icing was nearly finnished. We would depart shortly. I arrive in Pheonix 11 minutes before the Philly flight departs. Not a chance. I'm not in Boise anymore. Gates are miles apart today. I get rebooked for the next flight to Philly. For now things are fine. I still plan to reach my Dublin flight in time tonight.

1.why candy is good for you, financially speaking. On a recent trip to Dublin, Ireland I planned to see a great deal of the city in a short period of time. My bags were packed for a two night stay abroad 2.I included a few snacks to tide me over while I traveled. I converted a simple loaf of bread into a tidy bread box full of sandwiches by preparing peanut butter spread between every slice.
3.I salvaged some delicious meatballs from the previous weekends holiday party at the Bishop's House. Yhank you Katherine for preparing the necessary arrangments. In addition to the sandwiches and the meatballs I also tossed 4. in a box of my favorite crackers. Wheat Thins. I rarely travel with out Wheat Thins.
Because my departure was at 06:59 I had stayed up all night and the day before for that matter. 5.Consiquentally I fell asleep immediatelly upon boarding in Boise. To my sugrin the flight departed very late. Se-la-ve to those who sleep, we werent bothered. I did have a healthy appetite during my 6.first connection and ploughed through a few sandwiches and half the meatballs. Satisfied, I continued on to Phillie on the next flight. No need to buy on board. I ate the remaining meatballs and a few sandwiches 7.at the internation departure gate to Dublin. Gate B14 I think it was. Although I knew I had a 6 hour red-eye flight ahead of me, I also knew there is a catered dinner and breakfast. 8.I understand that peanut butter, bread, meatballs and crackers is generally not suficent to provide nutrition for the adventure I had embarked on. 9.The flights had provided some much needed rest. The danish and chicken dinner was a real winner on the international leg.
